本文报告苯芴酮(Ⅰ)可作为比色测定铋之新试剂;Ⅰ与铋所成之橙色络合物的最大光吸收对试剂空白而言在480—500mμ,在此处之克分子消光系数约为35000。当有动物胶存在时,在适宜酸度下,(PH1.45—1.65),于室温显色半小时后至120分钟间颜色最深、消光恆定、试液清彻。宜于比色之铋(Ⅲ)浓度范围是:10r Bi/50ml至120r Bi/50ml,在此范围内(Ⅰ)(10~(-)MH_2SO_4 —乙醇溶液)的适宜用量为2—3ml测定液总体积50ml)。当铋(Ⅲ)为llr/50ml时,下列倍量的离子存往不干扰:之干扰可藉抗壤血酸掩蔽,lnl1%之抗壤血酸可消除1mgFe之影响。本法的测定准确度当Bi在11r/50nl时,最大相对误差为18.2%;在33rBi/50ml时为3.0%。本法经过初步验证,测定了大量镉存在下之微量铋,结果满意。文中表列了测得结果。本法相当灵敏,快速,完成一次分析只需约4小时,灵敏度可达约0.1r Bi/ml。
