柑桔嫁接树是由芽发育而成,芽又是树体生长、开花结果的基础。但是柑桔芽太小,其茎端生长点则更小,不易观察。关于柑桔花芽分化已有很多研究,但是迄今为止我们看到的柑桔花芽分化图,几乎都是切片图,难于认识其全貌。为此,我们对锦橙芽进行了扫描电镜观察。 材料与方法 以重庆本所试验场枳砧锦橙小年树、大年树为试材。从小年树上取春梢营养枝和早秋梢的芽作花芽分化的观察,从大年树上取春梢营养枝的芽作营养芽
Grafted citrus trees are developed from buds, buds and trees are the basis for the growth and flowering results.
