目的了解安阳市市区社区卫生服务中心妇幼保健人力资源的现状,分析其影响因素,提出解决办法。方法通过发放问卷和现场调查对安阳市市区20个社区服务中心从事妇幼保健的工作人员进行调查,并进行统计学分析。结果安阳市市区妇幼保健人员数不足,结构不合理,执业医师占22.86%,执业助理医师占30.48%,护理及其他专业占46.67%;56.19%为专职,43.81%为兼职,学历以中专和大专为主,职称不高,初级职称为66.67%,专业工作年限短,不足5年者占90.00%,工作经验不足;人员待遇不高,平均月收入1 206.67元,缺乏系统、规范的妇幼保健知识和技能的培训、进修学习;人员流动性大。结论社区卫生服务中心妇幼保健人员的配置不合理,解决这一问题应由多方面入手,政府应增加对社区卫生服务中心的财政投入,制定相关支持政策,提高妇幼保健工作人员待遇,稳定社区妇幼保健技术队伍。
Objective To understand the current situation of maternal and child health human resources in urban community health centers in Anyang, analyze its influencing factors and propose solutions. Methods Questionnaires and on-the-spot investigation were conducted to investigate the maternal and child health workers in 20 community service centers in urban areas of Anyang City, and the statistical analysis was conducted. Conclusion The disposition of maternal and child health workers in community health service centers is not reasonable. To solve this problem, we should start from many aspects. The government should increase the financial input to community health service centers, formulate relevant supportive policies, improve the treatment of maternal and child health care workers, Health technical team.
