无论是基于农业发展考虑还是防洪考虑,水利工程建设都是非常必要的。通过水利工程的有效应用,可以根据农作物生长情况,良好展开农作物灌溉工作;可以根据水灾情况的,有效实施防洪,降低水灾危害性。水利工程建设有利的同时,也有弊,即影响生态环境,如破坏水质、破坏地质、破坏土壤结构等。对此,应当高度重视水利工程对生态环境的影响,积极补救生态环境。本文将重点分析水利工程对生态环境的影响,在此基础上探究改善生态环境的有效措施。
