美国政府的逻辑并不复杂:希望别国开放市场,同时保护本国受进口冲击的行业。这是美国政府一直以来的立场,目前美国有可能在贸易问题上采取更为强硬的措施,而首当其冲的就是中国。
The logic of the U.S. government is not complicated: we want other countries to open their markets while protecting their industries that are subject to import shocks. This is the U.S. government’s position all along. At present, the United States may adopt tougher measures on the trade issue, with China as the foremost role.
