目的:分析抗菌药物使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:随机抽查2011年1月—2012年12月处方2 400张,检查抗菌药物用药合理性,对不合格处方进行统计分析。结果:处方整体比较规范,发现不合理使用抗菌药物处方115张,占4.81%,抗菌药物使用率为42.08%。结论:必须加强处方中抗菌药物使用的审核力度,加强抗菌药物临床应用管理,提高医院合理用药水平。
Objective: To analyze the use of antimicrobial agents and promote clinical rational use of drugs. Methods: A random sample of 2 400 prescriptions from January 2011 to December 2012 was conducted to check the rationality of antimicrobial medication and conduct statistical analysis on unqualified prescriptions. Results: The prescriptions as a whole were more standardized and found that 115 prescriptions of irrational antibiotics were used, accounting for 4.81%. The antibacterial usage rate was 42.08%. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen the review of the use of antimicrobial agents in prescriptions, strengthen the management of clinical application of antimicrobial agents and improve the rational use of drugs in hospitals.
