各地区行署,各市、县、自治县人民政府,中国人民银行广西区内各中心支行:自治区清理整顿农村“两会一部”工作领导小组办公室、中国人民银行南宁中心支行拟订的《广西壮族自治区农村合作基金会清产核资结果认定指导意见》和《广西壮族自治区农村合作基金会分类处置方案》已经自治区人民政府同意,现转发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。全区清理整顿农村“两会一部”工作从1999年11月1日起进入分类处置阶段。为此,自治区人民政府要求各地原则上要在11月10日前完成农村合作基金会清产核资结果的核实、认定工作;在11月30日前完成资产大于负债的农村合作基金会申请并入信用社或信用社收购拟清盘关闭的农村合作基金会有效资产工作;在12月10日前完成首期兑付的准备工作。
