研究结果表明,苹果树矮化中间砧对14C同化物质的运转有明显的滞阻作用。喂饲当年报制14C同化物质下运,翌年限制根系内14C同化物质上运。矮化中间砧段内积累较多14C同化物质,矮化中间砧苹果树地上都大部分时间14C同化物质含量显著高于根系,从而影响地上部和根系的生育、花芽分化、产量和果实品质。
The results showed that the dwarfing apple stump had a significant hindrance to the 14C assimilation.
