电泳方法在医学、动物、植物方面的广泛应用,已引起人们的关注,但应用醋酸纤维薄膜电泳法(简称CAM 微量电泳法)测定食用菌蛋白质组分与含量尚未见报道。本文用CAM 微量电泳法,对几种食用菌蛋白质组分进行了测定,现将分析结果报道如下。
Electrophoresis has been widely used in medicine, animals and plants, and has attracted people’s attention. However, the determination of the protein components and content of edible fungi using cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis (referred to as CAM micro-electrophoresis) has not been reported yet. In this paper, using CAM micro-electrophoresis, the determination of several edible fungi protein components, the analysis results are reported below.
