一九八九年冬的一天,石门县档案馆来了一对中年夫妇。中年妇女叫龚玉珍,家住石门县农村。其父亲龚伦艮,1935年不满15岁就跟着贺龙元帅参加了红军。1937年在延安加入了中国共产党,后因战斗负伤转业。1962年因病逝世。这些年来,龚玉珍一直享受老红军家属的待遇。1985年不知何故,民政局、统战部却托乡政府转给了她一份其父亲起义投诚的荣誉证。随之,乡政府取下了她家挂了多年的老红军光荣牌。不明真相的群众一起嘲笑她:当了这多年的老红军女儿,原来却是个假的。怎么也不相信这突如其来变化的龚玉珍,找到民政局有关工作人员反复说明她父亲不是起义投诚人员。但是,由于当时工作人员的工作简单,结果是不了了之。
