本文结合厦工 ＺＬ８０Ｂ装载机变速器的设计过程，讨论了行星齿轮变速器的设计计算，文中具体阐述了行星齿轮变速器的结构参数分析、各挡传动比的计算、各构件的转矩、制动力矩和闭锁力矩计算，以及各档的传动效率计算。本文对于履带车辆、工程机械的行星齿轮变速器的设计计算具有一定参考价值。
In this paper, the design and calculation of the planetary gearbox transmission are discussed based on the design process of Xiagong ZL80B loader transmission. The structural parameters of the planetary gearbox transmission, the calculation of each gear ratio, the torque of each component, the braking torque and Latching torque calculation, as well as the transmission efficiency of each file. This article has certain reference value for the design and calculation of the planetary gear transmission of crawler vehicles and construction machinery.
