应用生白能治疗因肿瘤化放疗所致的骨髓抑制及其毒副作用 ,对 85例恶性肿瘤采用治疗前后自身对照。结果用药 3～ 5天后 ,WBC、ANC、RBC、PLT均能回升 ,治疗前后的均值差、WBC、ANC有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;RBC也有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,PLT无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结果表明 :生白能对防治肿瘤化放疗所致骨髓抑制 ,作用确切 ,疗效肯定 ,副作用小 ,保证病人能如期进行化放疗 ,是一种有价值的化放疗辅助药。
The application of raw white can treat myelosuppression due to tumorized radiotherapy and its toxic side effects, 85 cases of malignant tumors before and after treatment with their own control. Results The WBC, ANC, RBC and PLT all recovered after 3 to 5 days of treatment. The mean difference before and after treatment was significantly different between WBC and ANC (P <0.01); RBC was also significantly different (P < 0 .0 1), PLT was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The results showed that: White can prevent and treat myelosuppression induced by tumorized radiotherapy, with definite effect, definite curative effect and small side effects, so as to ensure that patients can undergo chemoradiotherapy as scheduled. It is a valuable adjuvant for chemoradiotherapy.
