This article focuses on the intellectual property issues of domain names in global e-commerce. The author discusses some of his own opinions from the aspects of the nature of intellectual property of domain name and the relationship between domain name and trademark in e-commerce as well as domestic and foreign intellectual property protection measures of domain name.
