采用经典定态法和改进的单颗粒线反应器法(SPSRM)测定了环柱状环氧乙烷银催化剂的曲折因子,两种方法测定结果十分吻合。提出一种测定固体催化剂颗粒有效导热系数的新方法。该方法简单、方便且不改变催化剂原有的形状及物理结构,可以在催化剂允许使用的任何温度下进行测定,准确度较高。用本方法测定了环氧乙烷合成银催化剂颗粒的有效导热系数,并用于催化剂内部浓度、温度、选择性计算,计算与实验结果吻合良好。
The twists and turns factors of the ring-shaped ethylene oxide catalyst were determined by the classical stationary state method and the improved Single Particle Reactor (SPSRM). The results of the two methods are in good agreement. A new method to determine the effective thermal conductivity of solid catalyst particles is proposed. The method is simple, convenient and does not change the original shape and physical structure of the catalyst, which can be measured at any temperature that the catalyst is allowed to use, with higher accuracy. The method was used to determine the effective thermal conductivity of silver oxide catalyst and was used to calculate the internal concentration, temperature and selectivity of the catalyst. The calculated results were in good agreement with the experimental data.
