目的了解石嘴山市集中消毒服务机构公共用品消毒效果,探索提高集中消毒服务机构卫生管理水平的策略,为加强集中消毒服务机构卫生监督提供依据。方法 2010-2012年对石嘴山市8家集中消毒服务机构的公共用品消毒质量进行监测,监测项目包括细菌总数和大肠菌群。结果 3年来共抽检样品1 931份,合格1 818份,平均合格率为94.1%。,2010-2012年合格率分别为92.2%、93.8%和96.4%,其中枕套、床单和被套的合格率分别为98.9%、98.6%和97.9%,面巾和浴巾的合格率分别为88.6%和87.7%。结论石嘴山市集中消毒服务机构公共用品消毒效果总体较好,合格率呈逐年上升趋势,尤其是被套、床单和枕套的消毒效果良好,但面巾和浴巾的合格率相对较低,应将其作为监测重点加大监测力度。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of public supplies of intensive disinfection service agencies in Shizuishan and to explore strategies to improve the hygiene management level of centralized disinfection service agencies and provide basis for strengthening the hygiene supervision of centralized disinfection service agencies. Methods From 2010 to 2012, the disinfection quality of public articles in 8 centralized disinfection service agencies in Shizuishan was monitored. The monitoring items included the total number of bacteria and coliform bacteria. Results A total of 1 931 samples were obtained during the past three years, with a total of 1818 samples. The average pass rate was 94.1%. The passing rates of pillowcases, bed sheets and quilts were 98.9%, 98.6% and 97.9% respectively in 2010-2012, with pass rates of 88.6% and 87.7 for face towels and bath towels respectively, which were 92.2%, 93.8% and 96.4% respectively %. Conclusion The disinfection effect of public articles disinfected by Shijiazu City centralized disinfection service institutions is generally good with the passing rate increasing year by year. In particular, the disinfection effect of quilt covers, bed sheets and pillowcases is good, but the pass rate of face towels and bath towels is relatively low, which should be used as monitoring Focus on increasing monitoring efforts.
