在传统的英语教学中,教师一味地重视语法知识的传授,忽视了培养学生对目的语文化兴趣的培养与教授。尽管中国学生在面临各种考试时,能够游刃有余地应对,但当问及对目的语的了解方面的知识性问题时,就会出现语塞的状况。可见,目的语文化教育在英语教学中的作用应不容忽视。在全球化这样一个大的国际化背景趋势下,中学生只有在了解本国文化的同时又了解他国文化情况下,才能在各个方面提升自己的能力。因此,对于中学生,文化教育将不容小觑。
In traditional English teaching, teachers blindly emphasize the teaching of grammatical knowledge, ignoring the cultivation of students’ interest in the target culture and teaching. Although Chinese students can cope easily with exams, they face the problem of language when asked about their knowledge of the target language. Can be seen, the target language culture and education in English teaching should not be ignored. Under such a big globalization trend of globalization, secondary school students can only improve their abilities in all aspects if they only understand their own culture and understand other countries’ cultures. Therefore, for middle school students, culture and education will not be underestimated.
