本文提出质量竞争力的定义、特征与层次,简要介绍质量竞争力研究的内容与意义。质量竞争力是竞争主体以卓越质量赢得优势的能力。作为竞争力中的一种,质量竞争力不仅具有核心竞争力的普遍特性,而且具有魅力性、稳健性、敏捷性和成长性等特色属性。质量竞争力由基础、过程、结果等三个层次构成,研究重点是其形成机理、结构模型、评价方法以及培育、提升和发挥途径。除理论意义之外,该研究在宏观及微观层面均具有一定的现实意义。
This paper proposes the definition, characteristics and levels of quality competitiveness, and briefly introduces the content and significance of quality competitiveness research. Quality competitiveness is the ability of the competition body to win the advantage with excellent quality. As one of the competitiveness, quality competitiveness not only has the universal characteristic of core competitiveness, but also has the characteristic attribute of charm, stability, agility and growth. Quality competitiveness consists of three levels: foundation, process and result. The research focuses on its formation mechanism, structural model, evaluation method, and ways of cultivating, improving and giving play to it. In addition to the theoretical significance, the research has certain practical significance at the macro and micro levels.
