介绍了一种基于双脊波导耦合的Ka波段行波功率分配/合成器。设计波导行波功率分配器的难点在于保持输出同相,这里通过优化等效电路的方法予以解决。合成器采用的新型脊波导耦合器具有低损耗、高功率容量以及装配简易的优点。最后,仿真、制作和测试了所提出的功率分配/合成器。在中心频率35GHz,15dB回波损耗带宽超过28%。在32~39GHz的频段上,幅度不平衡度最大为±1dB,且相位差小于±12°。
A Ka-band traveling-wave power splitter / combiner based on double-ridge waveguide coupling is introduced. The difficulty of designing a waveguide traveling wave power divider lies in keeping the output in phase, which is solved here by optimizing the equivalent circuit. The new ridged waveguide coupler used in the combiner offers the advantages of low loss, high power capability, and ease of assembly. Finally, the proposed power distribution / synthesizer was simulated, fabricated and tested. At the center frequency of 35GHz, 15dB return loss bandwidth exceeds 28%. In the 32-39GHz band, the maximum amplitude imbalance is ± 1dB, and the phase difference is less than ± 12 °.
