产业损害预警监测目录出台国家经贸委组建产业损害调查局着手编制产业损害预警系统方案,旨在为国内企业入世后遭遇跨国公司的不正当竞争或者出口国的反倾销诉讼时,国家为其提供有力证据。同时具体指导组织各地经贸委和行业协会、专家小组实施。目前汽车行业产业损害预警机制已全面运行,集成电路、彩色显像管、手机、玉米、大豆、原油、化肥、农药、汽车、卷烟、民用飞机、民用船舶、轮胎等总共88种产品被首批列入产业损害预警监测产品目录。
Industrial Damage Early Warning and Monitoring Catalog promulgated The SETC set up the Industrial Injury Investigation Bureau to work out a plan for early warning system for industrial damages. The purpose of this plan is to provide strong evidence for unfair competition by multinational companies or anti-dumping litigation in exporters after China’s accession to the WTO . At the same time specific guidance around the Economic and Trade Commission and industry associations, expert groups to implement. At present, the pre-warning mechanism for industrial damage to the automobile industry has been fully implemented. A total of 88 products such as integrated circuits, color picture tubes, mobile phones, corn, soybeans, crude oil, fertilizers, pesticides, automobiles, cigarettes, civil aircraft, Industrial Damage Early Warning Monitoring Product Catalog.
