运用三维荧光光谱总体积积分法建立了一种测定维生素B2和B6的荧光分析新方法,该方法的灵敏度(信背比)较常规峰值法分别提高130和310倍,同时成功地应用于两者的同时测定.
A new fluorescence analysis method for determination of vitamin B2 and B6 was established by the total volume integral method of three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy. The sensitivity (signal-to-background ratio) of the method was 130 and 310 times higher than that of the conventional peak method respectively and was successfully applied to both Simultaneous determination.
