滑尺式摩擦仪是目前国内农机院校和农机所用来测定土壤与其它材料间动摩擦系数的仪器,并已延用多年。本文对摩擦仪的力学原理进行了探讨,指出其正常工作的条件、α角的取值范围及改进意见。为了测定甲、乙两物体接触面间的摩擦系数,可采用图1的方法。即斜面甲可绕支点O逐渐改变角(?),当(?)角增大到(?)_(max)时,其上的物体乙就开始沿斜面下滑。如此重复数次,每次均可得到一最大的(?)_(max)角,取这些(?)_(max)角的算术平均值,即作为甲、乙两物体接触面间的摩擦角
Slide scale friction instrument is currently used by domestic agricultural colleges and universities and agricultural machinery to determine the dynamic friction coefficient between the soil and other instruments, and has been extended for many years. In this paper, the mechanics principle of friction tester is discussed, and the condition of its normal working, the range of α angle and its improvement are pointed out. In order to determine the friction coefficient between the contact surfaces of A and B, the method of Fig. 1 can be used. In other words, the bevel armor can gradually change the angle (?) Around the fulcrum O, and when the (?) Angle increases to (?) Max, the object B on it starts to slide down the bevel. So repeated several times, each can get a maximum (?) _ (Max) angle, take these arithmetical mean (?) Angle (max), that is, as the A, B two contact angle between the friction surface
