通过对马尾松无性系种子园两种建园程序的对比分析,结果表明先嫁接后定植的建园程序较先定砧后嫁接的建园程序具有3个方面的明显优势:(1)在苗圃培育砧木苗、嫁接和嫁接苗管理,不但管理方便,而且嫁接成活率高;(2)采用容器嫁接苗栽植基本可以一次定植成园,成园后植株生长一致、园相整齐;(3)先嫁接后定植的建园程序建园投资较少,能降低成本7.1%左右,效益明显,具有良好的推广应用前景。
Through the comparison and analysis of two kinds of garden construction procedure of the masson pine seed orchard, the results show that the garden planting procedure after the first grafting is superior to the first root garden grafting after the grafting. The procedure has three advantages: (1) Cultivation of rootstock seedlings, grafting and grafted seedlings management, not only easy to manage, and the graft survival rate is high; (2) the use of container grafting seedlings can be a basic planted into a park, garden plant after the same growth, park phase neatly; (3) After the grafting planted garden construction park investment less, can reduce the cost of about 7.1%, the obvious benefits, with good prospects for promotion and application.
