随着电生理学的发展,单幅心电图对心律紊乱的诊断意义相当明确,并领先于临床治疗水平。但是球面心电场的变异对疾病的诊断意义相对地不够清晰,这与习用导联系统的纷杂和理论模型的缺陷有关。提高临床心电图技术的正确诊断率途径之一是对导联系统的改进和临床心电理论模型之突破。所以心电的数学模型成了1982年日本国际心电学会议及莫斯科世界心脏学会议的中心议题之一。
With the development of electrophysiology, the significance of single ECG in the diagnosis of arrhythmia is quite clear, and it is ahead of the clinical treatment level. However, the variation of the spherical electric field is not clear enough for the diagnosis of the disease, which is related to the confusion of the conventional lead system and the defect of the theoretical model. One of the ways to improve the correct diagnosis rate of clinical ECG technique is to improve the lead system and break the theoretical model of clinical ECG. Therefore, the mathematical model of ECG became one of the central topics of the 1982 International Conference on Electrocardiology in Japan and the World Cardiology Conference in Moscow.
