诸暨位于浙江省中部,自秦置县,历代未废,是越国古都、西施故里,东邻绍兴,北接杭州,区域面积2311平方公里,人口105.9万。现设28个镇乡、街道,有1301个行政村和38个社区。诸暨交通便利,浙赣铁路、杭金衢高速公路、金杭公路贯穿全境,距上海2小时车程,距杭州萧山国际机场和宁波北仑港分别为30分钟和一个半小时车程。
Zhuji is located in the central part of Zhejiang Province. Since its establishment in Qin Dynasty, it has never been abandoned in ancient times. It is the hometown of ancient Yuexi and Xishi. It borders Shaoxing to the east and Hangzhou to the north in Hangzhou. The area is 2311 square kilometers with a population of 1.059 million. There are now 28 townships and towns, 1301 administrative villages and 38 communities. Zhuji enjoys convenient transportation. Zhejiang-Jiangxi Railway, Hangjinqu Expressway and Jinhang Road run through the whole territory, 2 hours drive away from Shanghai and 30 minutes and a half hour drive away from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport and Ningbo Beilun Port respectively.
