经皮腔内冠状动脉介入术(PCI)已经广泛用于治疗冠心病。但术后数月中,再狭窄的形成明显限制了PCI的临床运用。虽然有许多方法用来防治再狭窄,但用于提高损伤血管早期内皮覆盖和抑制新生内膜形成的有效方法仍没有建立。近来,有报道用细胞因子和他汀类药物动员骨髓干细胞可以促进损伤血管早期内皮化,有效抑制新生内膜形成,加快损伤血管的修复。这些发现为再狭窄的防治提供了新的思路和依据。
Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PCI) has been widely used to treat coronary heart disease. However, in the first few months after operation, the formation of restenosis significantly limits the clinical use of PCI. Although there are many ways to prevent restenosis, effective methods for improving early vascular endothelial coverage and inhibiting neointima formation have not been established. Recently, it has been reported that mobilization of bone marrow stem cells with cytokines and statins can promote early endothelialization of injured blood vessels, effectively inhibit neointimal formation and accelerate the repair of damaged blood vessels. These findings provide a new idea and basis for the prevention and treatment of restenosis.
