在地方高校都在着力向培养高级应用技术型人才转变的大趋势下,为发展民办高等教育事业、促进高等教育大众化做出了积极贡献独立院校更需要转变人才培养模式。艺术设计学科是一门综合性、实践性非常强的学科,独立院校的艺术设计学科更需要以培养学生的职业技能为目标,适时转变艺术设计学科人才培养方式。为此,本文是在高校转型发展的背景下,首对我国艺术设计学科人才培养方式的现状进行调查分析,对艺术设计学科如何更好的向社会培养应用型技术人才,在人才培养方式转变方面提出几点思考。
Under the general trend of higher education in local colleges and universities, the government has made positive contributions to the development of civilian-run higher education and the popularization of higher education. Independent colleges and universities need to change their mode of personnel training more. The discipline of art design is a comprehensive and highly practical discipline. The discipline of art design in independent colleges also needs to cultivate the students’ vocational skills as the goal, and change the training methods of art design disciplines timely. Therefore, under the background of the transformation and development of colleges and universities, this dissertation first investigates and analyzes the current situation of talent cultivation methods of art design disciplines in our country, and how to train application-type technical talents to the society better in art design discipline. Put forward some thoughts.
