日前召开的山东省医疗保险工作会议上传来消息,今年,山东省各地城镇基本医疗保险将实现即时结算,普遍开展居民医保门诊医疗费用统筹,生育保险也将全部实现市级统筹。据了解,截至去年年底,山东全省城镇基本医疗保险参保人数达2947.8万人,比上年净增177.2万人,覆盖率稳定在95%以上。生育保险参保人数达857.8万人,比上年净增83.7万人。医疗保险市级统筹的目标已基本实现。除滨州市外,其他市到济南就医的参保人员
