随着“法治”国家建设进程的推进,加强大学生法治信仰培育已然成为高校的重要任务,如何充分利用社会主义核心价值观引领大学生形成法治信仰,是我们应当着力解决的重要课题.本文从加强当代大学生法治信仰培育的紧迫性与必要性出发,针对当前大学生法律认知不足、法治情感薄弱以及对社会法治化进程信心不足等问题,探讨以社会主义核心价值观为引导,从国家与社会、高校、家庭以及大学生四个层面提升大学生法治信仰教育,使之成为大学生个人的价值取向和行为定式.
