葡萄糖刺激胰岛素分泌涉及复杂的细胞内信号传递过程。有认为该过程中可能被细胞膜去极化/ Ca~(2+)内流所介导。作者用胶原酶分解法制备成年雄性 Wistar 大鼠离体胰岛,经 Kreb-Ringer 氏缓冲液平衡30分钟后,分别用50mMK~+([K~+_(50)])、100mM K~+([K~+_(100)])或16.7mM 葡萄糖([16.7])
Glucose-stimulated insulin secretion involves a complex intracellular signaling process. It is thought that this process may be mediated by membrane depolarization / Ca ~ (2+) influx. The isolated islets of adult male Wistar rats were prepared by collagenase method. The cells were equilibrated with Kreb-Ringer’s buffer for 30 minutes and then treated with 50 mM K ~ + ([K ~ + 50]), 100 mM K ~ + [K ~ + _ (100)]) or 16.7 mM glucose ([16.7])
