自液氮问世以来,冷冻疗法在临床各科已被广泛应用,并取得了良好效果。我科应用液氮冷疗761例皮肤病患者收到了较好的效果,现报告如下。临床资料 1.病种:大致有两大类:(1)皮肤、口腔粘膜各种血管瘤、淋巴管瘤。(2)各种皮肤疣,痣、疤痕疙瘩、结节性痒疹、口腔粘膜白斑等。 2.发病年龄及病程:随病种不同而有差异,血管瘤发病年龄最小1个月,最大72岁,以1岁以下幼儿发病率最高。各种血管瘤共440例,婴儿时发现者255例,占51.14％。寻常疣及疤痕疙瘩以16～50岁发病率偏高,
Since the advent of liquid nitrogen, cryotherapy has been widely used in clinical departments, and achieved good results. Our department applied liquid nitrogen cold treatment of 761 cases of skin diseases received good results, are as follows. Clinical data 1. Diseases: There are two broad categories: (1) skin, oral mucosa of various hemangiomas, lymphangioma. (2) a variety of skin warts, moles, keloids, nodular prurigo, oral leukoplakia and so on. 2. Age and course of disease: varies with the disease, hemangioma minimum age of onset of 1 month, maximum 72 years old, the highest incidence of children under the age of 1 years.
