陕西省住建厅制定的《陕西省住房保障工作评价考核暂行办法》,自2017年4月1日起施行。《办法》指出,陕西省住房保障工作实行省政府负总责,市、县政府抓落实的工作责任制度,每年与各市签订的住房保障工作目标任务纳入省委、省政府对各设区市人民政府的年度工作目标考核指标。《办法》明确,全省住房保障工作考核采取季度排名与年度考核相结合、自查自评与重点核查相结合的方式。考核指标分为6大类20项,6大类包
