煤矿井下斜巷轨道运输大多采用单绳缠绕式提升绞车,由于运输轨道长,钢丝绳在滚筒上缠绕多层,上滑板带绳和下放运行过程中,若矿车在斜行内掉道或到达下滑板停车位置,提升容器和钢丝绳停止运行,而司机停车不及时,缠在滚筒上的绳圈随着滚筒的旋转而继续松动下垂到滚筒下方,称之为余绳。当余绳过多时,将使钢丝绳在滚筒上的排列发生紊乱(俗称“乱经”),轻者需重新排绳,严重时损毁钢丝绳,发生重大安全事故,因此绞车运行时严禁发生余绳现象。
