当前,“大众创业、万众创新”已成为中国经济增长的新引擎,“双创型”人才一时间变得灸手可热。然而受传统高校教育理念的影响,目前我国高校的人才培养方式还相对落后,导致很多学生课堂成绩和表现优秀,但是进入社会后的实际工作能力却很差,出现高分低能的情况,不能满足用人单位的需求。本文通过视觉传达设计专业广告设计课程的教学改革实践,探索“以双堂促双创”的人才培养模式。
