铁秦线建设了计算机网络监控系统并实现了现代化管理。笔者着重介绍了计算机网络监控系统的构成、特点、设计思想、设计内容、方案实施及软件开发的要领;同时用数字引证了该系统给铁秦线的输油生产所带来的经济效益。它为我国目前尚处于一般技术水平的老管道如何实现管理的现代化探索出了一条新路。
Iron and Steel line construction of a computer network monitoring system and to achieve a modern management. The author mainly introduced the composition, characteristics, design idea, design content, program implementation and software development essentials of the computer network monitoring system. At the same time, the system cites the economic benefits brought by this system to the oil production of the Tie-Qin line.
