胡锦涛对经济特区提出5点要求9月6日,中共中央总书记胡锦涛在深圳经济特区建立30周年庆祝大会上讲话时强调,经济特区不仅应该继续办下去,而且应该办得更好。中央将一如既往支持经济特区大胆探索、先行先试、发挥作用。胡锦涛对经济特区提出5点要求:一、继续加快转变经济发展方式,努力为推动科学发展探索新路。二、继续深化改革开放,努力为推动科学发展提供制度保障和动力源泉。三、继续加强社会主义精神文明建设,努力为推动科学发展提供良好文化条件。四、继续促进社会和谐,努力为推动科学发展营造良好社会环境。五、继续推进党的建设,努力为推动科学发展、促进社会和谐提供坚强保证。
Hu Jintao Puts 5 Demands on Special Economic Zones On September 6, CPC Central Committee General Secretary Hu Jintao emphasized in his speech at the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone that the special economic zones should not only continue but also do a better job. The Central Government will, as always, support the SEZs to boldly explore, give priority to pilot projects and play their part. Hu Jintao put forward five requirements to the special economic zone: First, continue to speed up the transformation of the mode of economic development and make efforts to explore new ways for promoting scientific development. Second, we will continue to deepen the reform and opening up and strive to provide institutional guarantees and a motive force for promoting scientific development. Third, continue to step up the building of a socialist spiritual civilization and strive to provide good cultural conditions for promoting scientific development. Fourth, continue to promote social harmony, and strive to promote scientific development to create a good social environment. Fifth, continue to push forward party building and work hard to provide a firm guarantee for promoting scientific development and promoting social harmony.
