本文为笔者书稿之一章节,从王权与教权、国家与社会的互动关系讨论中国国家建构和国族建构的历史进程。文章认为,秦灭六国建立起中国的帝国形态,在郡县制的制度框架内采取“以法为教以吏为师”的政策,进行社会整合和文化整合,因实施成本过高,二世而亡。汉武帝与董仲舒合作,通过吸纳儒家王道思想实现了与社会的良性互动,确立了仁、孝的主流文化价值系统,从而以文治武功奠定了中国国家的基本格局,成就了世界规模最大的汉族族群。
This article is one of the author’s manuscripts, discussing the historical process of China’s national construction and national construction from the interaction between the kingship and the teaching rights, the state and the society.
