随着城市化水平的不断提高,建筑行业迅速发展,在目前的施工建设中,很多施工单位的安全管理存在许多漏洞,遗留了很多的安全隐患。这些问题不仅导致了许多安全生产事故的发生,而且也造成许多房屋的建筑质量不达标。这些问题主要是由于施工单位的安全管理不善而导致的。本文结合当前我国一些房建施工单位的现实状况,查找出了安全隐患的所在,并提出了解决措施,以期对我国房建的安全生产有所裨益。 With the continuous improvement of the urbanization level, the construction industry has developed rapidly. In the current construction and construction, there are many loopholes in the safety management of many construction units, leaving a lot of potential safety problems. These problems not only led to many accidents of production safety, but also caused many buildings to fail to meet the quality standards. These problems are mainly caused by the poor safety management of construction units. Based on the current situation of some domestic construction units, this paper finds out the hidden dangers of safety and puts forward some measures to solve the problems, which will benefit our country’s construction safety.
