信息化是经济建设、社会进步的必需基础。党中央高瞻远瞩,早在十六大就提出了以信息化带动工业化的战略要求,在十七大的报告中总书记更是把信息化建设的重要性提到了一新的高度。电信企业作为国家信息化建设的主力军,按照中央的战略部署,认真履行好信息化建设的神圣职责,是义不容辞的社会责任。推进信息化建设,需要在深入调查研究的基础上,因地制宜,制定适合本地区信息化建设的具体目标和措施。中国电信盐城分公司从实际情况出发,实事求是,理清思路,先从试点做起,重视基础网络建设,有效地解决了“最后一公里”的问题,快速搭建了面向“三农”的综合信息服务平台,并让广大农民朋友感受到了这个平台对于农业增效、农民增收的积极意义,拉动了当地农业信息化的需求,使盐城的信息化建设呈现出良性发展的态势。
Informationization is an essential foundation for economic development and social progress. The CPC Central Committee has a long-term perspective. As early as the 16th CPC Congress, it proposed the strategic requirements of using informatization to drive industrialization. In the report to the 17th CPC Central Committee, the general secretary mentioned the importance of informatization construction to a new height. As the main force for the construction of national informatization, it is an unshirkable social responsibility that telecom enterprises conscientiously fulfill the sacred duty of informatization construction in accordance with the strategic deployment of the central authorities. To promote informatization construction, we need to formulate specific targets and measures that are suitable for the informatization construction in the region on the basis of in-depth investigations and studies and according to local conditions. Yancheng Branch of China Telecom set out from the actual conditions, seek truth from facts, clarify ideas, start with the pilot, pay attention to the basic network construction, effectively solve the “last mile” problem, quickly set up for the "Comprehensive information service platform, and let the majority of farmers and friends feel the platform for agricultural efficiency, increase farmers’ positive meaning, stimulating the demand for local agricultural information, Yancheng’s informatization construction showed a benign trend of development.
