目的:加强对光气中毒临床诊治的认识。方法:回顾性分析7例首诊光气中毒患者的临床资料。结果:患者均痊愈出院。结论:正确认识光气中毒的临床表现,早期诊断并及时正确治疗,可提高光气中毒的疗效。
Objective: To strengthen understanding of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of phosgene poisoning. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 7 cases of first diagnosis of patients with phosgene poisoning clinical data. Results: All patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion: Correct understanding of the clinical manifestations of phosgene poisoning, early diagnosis and timely and correct treatment, can improve the efficacy of phosgene poisoning.
