本文系统地研究了磁场强度H和焊接电流I对钴基堆焊合金堆焊层硬度和耐磨性的影响,发现当磁场强度H和焊接规范相匹配时,焊缝组织才能获得最佳的细化效果。结果表明,引入适当的外加磁场不仅可以细化堆焊层金属组织的晶粒,而且由磁场产生的电磁搅拌能够提高堆焊层金属的硬度和耐磨性,从而提高堆焊层金属的综合力学性能。
In this paper, the effect of magnetic field strength H and welding current I on the hardness and wear resistance of overburden layer of Co-based surfacing alloy has been studied systematically. It is found that when the magnetic field strength H is matched with the welding code, the optimal microstructure Effect. The results show that not only the proper magnetic field can be refined, but also the grain size of the overlay metal can be refined. Moreover, the electromagnetic stirring produced by the magnetic field can improve the hardness and wear resistance of the overlay metal and improve the comprehensive mechanics of overlay metal performance.
