省委、省政府决定,从2016年9月1日起到年底开展服务社会投资百日大行动。开展这一活动的主要目的是贯彻中央关于促进社会投资健康发展的决策部署,巩固和发展我省当前来之不易的好形势,奋力推动我省社会投资再上新台阶,确保实现“十三五”良好开局。这次服务社会投资百日大行动与去年的“投资项目百日大会战”相比,内涵更丰富、要求更高、任务更重、参与范围更广,是后者的延伸和提升。
The provincial party committee and the provincial government decided that from September 1, 2016 to the end of the year, they will carry out the 100-day operation of serving the society. The main purpose of carrying out this activity is to implement the decision-making arrangements of the Central Government on promoting the healthy development of social investment, consolidate and develop the current hard-earned good situation in our province, strive to promote the social investment in our province to a new level, and ensure the realization of “13 Five ”a good start. Compared with last year’s “Hundred Days Campaign for Investment Projects”, the 100-day operation to serve the community investment has more content, higher requirements, heavier tasks and broader participation, and is the extension and promotion of the latter.
