从根本上说,职业教育的宗旨是培养面向生产、管理、建设、服务一线的高级技术应用型人才,要求学生走进企业就能直接进入一线的技术岗位工作。要实现这一目标,单纯依托书本教学是无法完成的,必须将教学过程与企业一线的技术岗位结合起来,这就决定了职业教育发展必须与企业紧密结合。校企合作,培养高技能型人才是市场经济发展的需求,是社会、企业、学校、学生共赢的举措,也是对教学模式的创新。准确理解和深刻领会校企合作的发展及其意义是当前职业院校应当解决的首要问题。
Fundamentally speaking, the purpose of vocational education is to train top-level technologically-oriented talents who are oriented toward production, management, construction and service and require students to directly enter the front-line technical positions when entering the enterprise.
