首次在大气环境中采用适当的防护措施用扫描隧道显微镜直接观察了合金材料表面的精细组织结构。揭示了含硅钢下贝氏体铁素体片条内部的深层次超微亚结构。研究发现:下贝氏体铁素体片条由四个层次组成,即下贝氏体铁素体片条由亚片条组成,亚片条由亚单元组成,亚单元由尺寸更小的超亚单元组成。超亚单元形态规则,排列整齐,具有很强的规律性。
