作为综采放顶煤方法关键设备的放顶煤支架对煤层及顶板条件的适应与否直接影响到综采放顶煤的生产效率的高低,因此对其适应性应做出判定。初采阶段支架的工作状态随上覆岩层结构的变化出现阶段性的变化。对所选支架进行受力分析后认为,支架处于不同受力状态下应采用不同的安全管理措施。在工作面布置压力表测站用以监测支架工作阻力,初采阶段对现场所有支架整体工作状态进行分析后发现,支架稳定性和受力状态良好且顶煤冒放性较好,总体满足生产要求。
