1996年9月29日至10月4日国际法律图书馆协会(IALL)在加拿大的温哥华市召开了第十五届年会。此次年会是在IALL 瑞士洛桑本部的费雷得.查普曼(Fred chapman)和瑞士日内瓦分会的加布里艾饵.费罗萨尔(Gabriel Frossard)两位专家的精心筹备与奔走下而得以准时举行的。
September 29 to October 4, 1996 IALL held its 15th Annual Convention in Vancouver, Canada. The annual meeting was attended by Fred Chalman at IALL in Lausanne, Switzerland, and Gabriel Eisman at the Geneva Chapter in Switzerland, with the careful preparation and running of two experts Gabriel Frossard On time.
