目的研究美味猕猴桃根提取物对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法以D-半乳糖胺为化学毒物制成小鼠急性肝损伤模型,采用赖氏法测定各组动物血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的活性,并测定肝匀浆MDA含量。结果模型组小鼠的血清ALT和AST均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),MDA含量高于正常对照组(P<0.01),表明D-半乳糖胺造模成功。血清AST美味猕猴桃根提取物中剂量组明显低于模型组(P<0.01)、肝脏MDA含量(P<0.01和P<0.05),ALT、AST活性和MDA含量低剂量组明显低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论美味猕猴桃根提取物对小鼠急性肝损伤有预防作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of kiwifruit root extract on acute liver injury in mice. Methods The acute liver injury model in mice was established with D-galactosamine as the chemical poison. The serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were determined by the method of Lai test. Activity, and determination of liver homogenate MDA content. Results The serum ALT and AST in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P<0.01). The MDA content was higher in the model group than in the normal control group (P<0.01), indicating that the model of D-galactosamine was successful. The serum AST-extracted kiwifruit root extract was significantly lower than the model group (P<0.01), liver MDA content (P<0.01 and P<0.05), and the low-dose ALT, AST activity and MDA content were significantly lower in the model group than in the model group. P<0.01). Conclusion The root extract of kiwifruit has a preventive effect on acute liver injury in mice.
