1976年~1978年我们在青海高原用多种无创性方法观察了高原低氧环境对人体大小循环血流动力学和心脏功能的影响。本实验则进一步用直接法测定大鼠右心室收缩压,分析慢性低压缺氧条件下右心室收缩压升高和红血球增多与右心室肥厚的关系,探讨慢性低压缺氧下颈动脉体增生及共组织形态改变在右心室肥厚与右心室高压中的作用。
