Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council clearly listed in the government work report the full implementation of the new Enterprise Income Tax Law, the reform of the taxation system for resources, the formulation of a nationwide tax reform for value-added tax reform and other major tax reforms in the 2008 reform agenda.
