目的:规范放疗科仪器的使用与管理,降低医疗风险,保证临床安全。方法:总结放疗科室的特点及常见仪器使用过程中易出现的问题和注意事项,并提出相应的管理对策。结果:放疗操作技师的安全意识和操作技能得到了很大提高,更好地保证了临床安全,提高了患者的满意度。结论:通过加强放疗科技师的技能培训和常用仪器的规范化使用与管理,可有效降低潜在医疗风险,保证临床安全。
Objective: To standardize the use and management of radiotherapy equipment, reduce medical risks and ensure clinical safety. Methods: To summarize the characteristics of radiotherapy department and common problems and precautions during the use of common instruments, and to put forward corresponding management strategies. Results: The safety awareness and operation skills of radiotherapy technicians have been greatly improved, the clinical safety is better and the patient satisfaction is improved. Conclusion: By strengthening the skills training of radiotherapy technicians and the standardized use and management of common instruments, the potential medical risks can be effectively reduced and the clinical safety ensured.
