用PCR法扩增207个无亲缘关系的X染色体Ⅷ因子基因19内含子，用HindⅢ酶切进行Amp－RFLPs分析，查明中国人HindⅢ多态性位点频率为0．29．妇女杂合于频率为0．365，表明这个指数对检测甲型血友病携带者和产前基因诊断有足够高级的信息量，可应用于临床。
PCR amplification of 207 unrelated chromosome X factor Ⅷ factor 19 intron, digested with Hind Ⅲ Amp-RFLPs analysis found that Chinese Hind Ⅲ polymorphic locus frequency of 0.29. Heterozygous women at a frequency of .365 indicate that this index is of sufficient advanced information for the detection of Hemophilia A carriers and prenatal genetic diagnostics and may be used clinically.
